Privacy & cookies

What we store ourselves

• Product data (title, image, price) that we retrieve from Amazon. We keep this for at most 24 hours and then refresh it.
• A counter per product for how often a product page has been requested. This contains no IP addresses, cookies or other data that can be traced back to you.
• Technical logs of our own data connections, without visitor data.

Requests your browser makes

• Amazon: product images are loaded directly from Amazon's servers. Amazon then sees your IP address and browser data. If you click through to Amazon, Amazon's privacy policy applies from that point on.
• Hosting platform: our hosting provider adds its own script to the published site (/~flock.js) that sends basic visit statistics to the hosting environment. We do not place this script ourselves and do not use the data for advertising or profiling.

Cookies

bezprice does not place any tracking or advertising cookies itself. We only store your language choice in a functional cookie (bp_lang), so you get the same language on your next visit; that cookie contains only the language code and no personal data. Amazon may set its own cookies when you click through, among other things to link a purchase to our affiliate tag.

Links to Amazon are affiliate links and contain our Associate tag. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This means you pay nothing extra.
